How long does it take to fully expand?
Your Veluma arrives compressed for shipping. Once unpacked, allow 24β48 hours for it to fully expand to its intended size and firmness. Gently fluffing and reshaping the pillow can help speed up the process.
The package just arrived. Now what?
Your Veluma is vacuum-compressed to protect it during shipping. After carefully opening the package, gently fluff and reshape the pillow, then allow 24β48 hours for it to fully expand to its intended size and firmness.
You may notice a slight "new foam" smell when first opening the package. This is completely normal and will naturally dissipate over time. For the best experience, we recommend unpacking Veluma in a well-ventilated area or outdoors and allowing it to air out while it expands.
Once fully expanded, your Veluma is ready to provide the comfort and support it's designed for.
How long does setup take?
